Instructions for installation and modification of flush
fitting built-in appliances with decor frames
Changing over door hinges
• Unscrew decor frame ➊.
• Lever out cover panel ➋ and hinge pin ➌ with a screwdriver.
• Open door and lift out at top until hinge bracket ➍ is completely
clear. Lift door o upwards.
• Lever out cover panel ➎ with a screwdriver and use to close hole
on the other side of door.
• Unscrew hinge bracket ➏ and lift lower door o upwards.
• Remove cover panel and screws ➓ and replace on the other
side.
• Lift o plugs ➒.
• Unscrew hinge bracket ➐; unscrew hinge pin ➑ and screw into
adjacent fastening hole; screw hinge bracket ➐ on the other
side.
• Replace plugs ➒ on the other side.
• Suspend lower door on hinge pin ➑ and close.
• Turn hinge bracket ➏ by 180°, insert into door mounting with pin
and screw onto appliance.
• Unscrew hinge bracket ➍, turn by 180° and screw onto the other
side.
• Suspend upper door on hinge bracket ➏, align with hinge bracket
➍ and close. Insert hinge pin ➌.
• Replace cover panel ➋.
• Attach decor frame ➊ and handles provided.
Installing in a kitchen unit
Align the unit with a set square and a spirit
level. Place something underneath to
compensate for unevenness if neces-
sary. The intermediate oor and the
side walls must be at right angles
to one another.
A gap of at least 38 mm
must be provided behind the
kitchen unit so as to ensure
sucient ventilation.
The appliance is ventilated
through the plinth under
the kitchen unit. The area
underneath and behind the
appliance must be at least
200 cm².
If the appliance is installed in a
kitchen unit without plinth venti-
lation, it is ventilated through the
plinth on the appliance. In this
case there must be a gap of at
least 13 mm between the bottom
edge of the door and the unit.
